I hate car dealerships. Like the one here in #Ocala named Sullivan’s. No one says hello as they go by. They tell you it’s an hour service but it’s taken 2. Too bad they’re the only #Pontiac dealer around here. This place sucks. #theives #liars

If you live in #Ocala make sure you don’t insure your car thru @StateFarm . After 3 months and talking to Scott Cameron himself, they dropped the ball and then when I follow up, they say too bad we don’t care about the damage someone else did to your car. #epicfail #InsuranceScam

I feel bad for the technician at @DiscountTire / The company can’t seem to get it together. I had 2 wait 4 an appointment only to have my car worked on outside in the rain because they booked too many at once. This is a joke? Time for a new tire company to deal with. @tirekingdom

So 2 days later, @DiscountTire didn’t care about it’s 18yr #customer enough. I had to rearrange my day and be inconvenienced only to have them work on my car outside on the side of the building than bringing me into the bay. Now I’m wasting gas since it raining outside. 1/2

I just wasted my time @DiscountTire in Ocala. I have a flat and they want me to come back four hours from now to change it. While seven of the men stand around doing nothing at this exact moment. What poor #CustomerService service. I guess they’ll just lose an 18 year Customer.
