@shelleyduvallxo You’re so right about the no of takes on the stairwell scene. I went to the Kubrick archives and specifically looked at Kubrick’s Shining editing notes. The max no of takes on that scene was 27, 12 on Shelley and 15 on Jack. Sure it’s a lot but it’s 100 shy of the supposed no.
