@mattecapu There's a connection here with valuation theory -- if you look at rings instead of semirings this question of what multiplicative structures exist on the Z submodules of a ring is exactly the question of what (generalized) valuations exist -- so there's a lot of connections here.

@mattecapu So it's definitely not no structure -- since at least a part of the core of the multiplicative monoid is determined by the additive monoid, but without knowing the addition I'm not sure how you could figure out which part of the multiplicative monoid is determined by the additive

Update on bee - she's starting to do so much better. She was paralyzed for a while from the insecticide, then half paralyzed then uncoordinated, but she's recovering and starting to make attempts to fly now. As soon as she can fly I'll release her on her native pollinator way!
