Dr Job Obwaka's death has been caused by Ruto. No beating around the bush on this one. It is unfortunate that even with deaths, these fakas are unmoved!!
@Kibet_bull Hii barabara ilikua Lami safi back in 2020. I used it regularly. That time the bad section ilikuwa past kiptagich towards Tenwek/Silibwet

I saw this sheet from Tea Board of Kenya being circulated on social media of the results of what was called the TEA CLASSES COMPETITION 2025 BLACK CTC - SPECIAL MANUFACTURE
CLASS NO. 001 GRADE PF1.
Grade PF1 (Pekoe Fanning 1), is a popular tea grade consisting of small, black, grainy particles that are slightly smaller than Broken Pekoe 1 (BP1). It is the highly sought after tea grade for its ability to brew quickly, produces a strong, brisk flavor and a vibrant, dark liquor, making it ideal for tea bags and mass-market blends.
In last week’s Mombasa auction PF1 fetched the highest average price of US$2.79 (~Ksh 360) while BP1 sold at an average of US$2.11 (~Ksh 272).
Interestingly, the PF1 grades from West of Rift factories (those in red colour) ranked favourably with those from the East of Rift (in Green colour). QUESTION: What then brings the huge price differences at the auction of the best selling grade PF1 ranked more less the same, if not better, in a fair taste competition?

@Belyon That's still a drop in the ocean. We have over 660000 small-scale tea farmers. If you divide 2.7B among them, a farmer will pocket less than n 5k.
