@MarkGottlieb There's nothing legally stopping her.
I don't know if you figured this out yet but Hanson isn't exactly "conventional".
I'd say there's a few slightly bigger hurdles preventing her being PM at this stage than a convention with no actual basis in law... Like winning an election.
@shakilmalhotra@cnnbrk Trump has made the claim that Venezuela is sending criminals.
Its up to him and his administration to provide proof of that claim.
If for example trump said he saw a flying pink elephant and I say that claim is "baseless" it's not up to me to prove flying elephants don't exist.
@typwnagain@Mineking24@Omnigladius@native719@segmentum1@IParal1Zer@DonutOperator Just a bit of advice... you look pretty foolish when you say the 2A is not difficult but can’t even fundamentally explain why it exists, who it was written for and what “well regulated militia” means.
I hope you understand the rest of the world is laughing at you.
@typwnagain@Mineking24@Omnigladius@native719@segmentum1@IParal1Zer@DonutOperator Hey if you want to have a gun because you think it’s cool and it makes you feel like a big man... just say that.
Let’s not pretend those who wrote the the 2A weren’t talking about defending the “state” and let’s not pretend a “regulated militia” means a no regulations at all.
@typwnagain@Mineking24@Omnigladius@native719@segmentum1@IParal1Zer@DonutOperator You’re criticising others reading comprehension and choose to ignore the bit about a well regulated militia.
I’m not even American and I understand the definition of “militia” as it specifically applies in your country. I also understand “regulated”. Do you?
@thiccileaks @_TDans_@joe_r_Odonnell@paindesuxd I haven't discussed my gender at all in this conversation.
I haven't disregarded anyone's boundaries... I didn't send the OP an unsolicited text, and for context, I wouldn't.
And even if I did, none of that relates to the original post.
@thiccileaks @_TDans_@joe_r_Odonnell@paindesuxd And I absolutely agree that people should respect boundaries, and my argument here is that I don't think the boundary was clearly defined.
We can agree to disagree on that one. However can we both agree that more clarification would have prevented this issue here?
@thiccileaks @_TDans_@joe_r_Odonnell@paindesuxd This is what I mean about being respectful. If you scroll down my past posts you'll see I'm Australian and anti guns.
You're insinuating I'm a "gun account" because I play video games.
Have I been disrespectful to you here?
I may not agree, but I respect your opinion.
@thiccileaks @_TDans_@joe_r_Odonnell@paindesuxd They're also not there for business and serve no benefit.
Is the professional response:
1. Ask them to leave as this is an unsolicited interaction I haven't consented to.
or
2. Be polite, respectful and help the person (or not).
This stuff literally happens every day.
@thiccileaks @_TDans_@joe_r_Odonnell@paindesuxd Lets say for example, someone walks into the public front door of my studio and asks for directions... is that an invasion of privacy?
That person is literally in a situation where they are more capable of causing physical harm to me or my property, than via text.
@thiccileaks @_TDans_@joe_r_Odonnell@paindesuxd So we agree then?
If you're going to post your public phone number in any capacity on a public site designed for business related purposes, you should be clear about who should be contacting you and how.
Set clear boundaries if you don't want people to step over them.
@thiccileaks @_TDans_@joe_r_Odonnell@paindesuxd I’ve run a successful business. I have people cold texting every day.
People also cold email and walk in the front door.
If you start by being respectful to everyone and not just people that are offering you something, these relatively benign actions don’t look so sinister.
@thiccileaks @_TDans_@joe_r_Odonnell@paindesuxd I’ll just reiterate my point that if you have a phone number you want to keep private, don’t put it on a public site specifically designed for networking in a business context.
Either that or make it clear who should be contacting you and how.
