Different plant species require different types of soil, so growing all plants in the same bagged soil wouldn’t be successful. In class, we started with a base soil then had to add ingredients to adjust things like pH and water retention for our radishes. @franklinlorax #apesland

This plant requires the correct combination of minerals and fertilizer in order to grow properly. If the balance is off by too much, the plant will begin to wilt and become unable to grow. This same idea can be applied to all plants, not just this one #apesland @franklinlorax

GMO’s that allow for more crops to grow that people like. But they also cause long term health effects that are uncertain. You can tell when something has no GMO’s when it it has the USDA ORGANIC circle on it like these thyme leaves. #apespop @franklinlorax

I drive a 2018 Ford F-150 STX. While this truck does increase my ecological footprint, it utilizes new technologies like EcoBoost. This feature reduces emissions and helps to create better fuel efficiency which is better for our environment. #apespop @franklinlorax
