Every American should have access to healthcare and our government should be negotiating these prices on our behalf. After all, our tax dollars pay for the research and development.

Then we have our government paying (socializing production) pharmaceutical companies to develop life-saving medications which those companies then turn around and sell at hugely inflated costs, killing those who cannot afford.
