@duCares Please look into my case. I cancelled my home internet services last Aug'2022 but still got charged for Sep and Oct'2022. I have raised this complaint several times already to no avail! When I call your customer service, I am being put on hold for more than 30 mins!
@duCares The requests and complaints I am raising through the portal are being marked as resolved by your team eventhough the issues have not yet been resolved. Please call me to resolve this as this is getting really frustrating!
