Every Successful Empire wins with specific people.

-These people are unique at what they do, and that's what the Community will rally behind.
-People always want to see a Strong leader, they do not respect somebody who capitulates, cries or apologizes.
-I repeat: People respect STRENGTH ✊🏻

2️⃣🗺️Strategists (Tacticians)

-Generating talking points such as "PulseChain is Real DeFi"
-Tour around USA to onboard people
-Making websites like https://t.co/o8TcLAwMyO, https://t.co/jrFa2FWkHx, https://t.co/Qg8nV1hHHM and others to show important data
-The general approach to creating content for Twitter & Youtube videos, TikTok tags
-Telegram and Exchange onboarding + Wallet Security
-This also includes Mr. BRoots & HEXY bastard trying to onboard Meme Coin communities to PulseChain, using their own methods. They are grabbing pockets of people out there which do not respond to the usual mainstream Richard Heart talking points.
-This also does include builders such as Alex Magic Beard, fouder of IcosaHedron $ICSA (and $HDRN). The strategy involves giving incentives for people to do Stakes in the HEX system, and it is a great expansion pack for the ecosystem.

3️⃣🛡️Logisticians (Guardians)

-This is people onboarding for HEX staking, helping with Wallets
-Mati Allin HEX Conference + PulseChain Conference
-Includes Telegram mods, and people helping with Safety & Self-Custody
-Also includes Crypto Coffee videos and "How to Bridge and Buy PulseChain"
-In #Bitcoin, because it's so big, the community has to come to a social consensus by itself when it comes to Big Decisions. They try to follow Satoshi principles, but you can see they get lost sometimes, because not everything is Black & White.

4️⃣ 📢Communicators (Politicians, People leaders)

-The role of Communicators in Crypto is actually the Content Creators and Influencers
-Their job is to talk to the community and relay all the information together so the people don't revolt in a country
-In PulseChain, this is a strong component, as there are 68 streamers and 140+ content creators
-It's funny because in Empires, the Politicians have to try to defend the bad actions of the Warlord (President, Leader) from time to time, and show Strength to the People despite the turbulence.
-A very loud megaphone exists in Pulsechain Community, with 140+ voices reaching out to onboard

Less than an hour left in my 2023.

What a wild and strange year it has been. I never could have predicted the events of this year and I don't think looking forward, that I can even try and predict where this life will take me.

For the New Year of 2024 I give you 4 pictures of 4 very different years in my life. The lows to the highs so to speak.

Starting top left going clockwise:

1- The year everything changed for me: I had a cough get very bad one day at work. So I clocked out and drove myself to the ER. Within a few hours I was undergoing an emergency surgery to remove part of my lung. I spent a month in the hospital after that. Upon release I was told that life was going to be very very hard for me moving forward.

2- The year spent waiting to die: Unfortunately, after the lung surgery it was clear I would need an extremely uncommon and risky heart surgery in an attempt to stave off death. No one was willing to do it and risk their career or reputation. I deteriorated fairly rapidly. Around the time I was physically turning grey, USC offered to conduct the operation for free so they could at least learn, no matter what the outcome.

3- The year I put my heart & lungs behind me-> Just over 4 years after the heart surgery and 5 years after the lung surgery I took a trip. I put my history behind me and went trekking through the Himalayas in Nepal and I saw the roof of the world with an amazing Sherpa guide and his family. The heart and lungs were not a problem.

4- The year I jumped for fun:
Many moments in my early life felt like I was falling or like I was close to falling. So a few years after tye first visit to Nepal, I returned to pay my respects to the land and family that helped set me free so to speak. I also made a point to throw myself off a bridge of my own volition. That way if I ever felt like I was falling in real life again, I would think of that jump and remind myself that nothing is as bad as actually hurtling towards the ground. I never felt like I was falling after that. Nothing ever seemed out of control after that. Symbolic or not, it worked lol.

You never know where any year will take you.

Appreciate what you have when you have it because it could end at any second, and remember that when life has you down... the bottom never lasts forever.

Love your friends, love your family and give it your best. If it didn't work out, there's always next year.
