The packaging was NOT damaged it had been squashed. The recipient is the only person who could provide photographs of the undamaged packaging. The box is being used as an excuse to avoid paying compensation!

Another parcel damaged by @RoyalMail and they are refusing to pay for damage despite insurance being part of the postage cost! Photographs have been provided of the damage but they are asking for photographs of packaging. Item was squashed and packaging wasn't damaged! @ShieldVoC
