my protein princes and princesses, don't sleep on egusi soup. about 35% of the seed is made up of fats and over 70% of it are heart-healthy unsaturated fat.

also, egusi is rich in protein, a 100-gram serving of egusi seeds contains approx 30g of protein. now imagine cooking it with loads of crayfish, fish and maybe chicken breast?

just be mindful of the amount of palm oil you use and do add enough veggies (uziza leaf is fantastic) and pair with a normal serving of swallow (cos some of you eat swallow like dragons).

Cerebral palsy isn’t something you detect in an anomaly scan. It’s something that happens to a baby during delivery when there’s oxygen deprivation or trauma.

So having 3 cerebral palsy babies is as a result of labor and delivery neglect. I understand the average Nigerian is not hip to these things but if you deliver at one hospital and your child has CP, don’t have your next baby there.

Yes because getting tested immediately after s*x (or even a few days later) can give you a false negative result.

Every STI has a testing window (the time between exposure and when a test can reliably detect it).

- Chlamydia & gonorrhea: 1–2 weeks
- Syphilis: 3–6 weeks
- HIV: 4-6 weeks
- Hepatitis B & C: 1-3 months
- Herpes: 2-4 weeks

You can repeat the test 3 months later just to be sure.
