@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail item was sent 24Hr tracked on Tuesday morning. It is still at local Depot. I phoned the helpdesk yesterday, I was on hold for 40mins to be told -24hrs is not guaranteed? 96hrs and counting! It was sent 24hrs for a reason. Where is my parcel?

40 of our children have had a great day singing at St. Hilda's in Hartlepool. It was a chance to sing with a live orchestra and professional singers from The Royal Opera House. They did us very proud and sang their hearts out all day. @TheRoyalOpera #MusicAtBewley

Claire was diagnosed with grade three breast cancer in March this year. She was referred to breast cancer services but didn’t start treatment until 88 days later. The NHS target for starting treatment is 62 days, meaning Claire had to wait an extra 26 days, despite being told her treatment was a priority because of her age.

“A few days’ delay feels like years. And while I understand a few days won’t necessarily change whether I live or die, cumulative days here and there add up to weeks and months, that is where a difference can be made.

“No one could control me getting cancer but someone could control how quickly I was seen to hopefully prevent it spreading and give me the best chance of life. It was devastating to know that the cancer might be spreading while I was waiting.”
