Both are influenced by dominant hormones in secondary characteristic development... Which HRT invokes.

Both are comprised of glans, shaft, bulbs, and the crus. The urethra along with things like the vaginal canal, uterus, and testicles are their own anatomical systems outside of the tissues that comprise the nearby systems. Luv.
