Robert Pattinson has huge potential to be Nolan’s next Leading Actor
After watching The Odyssey, in my opinion, Robert Pattinson feels like the perfect fit to lead Christopher Nolan’s next film. He’s one of the few actors working today who can completely disappear into a role while still having undeniable screen presence. Over the last several years, he’s made a point of choosing challenging and unconventional projects with a willingness to push himself and that’s exactly what’s needed in a Nolan film.
He’s shown he can carry massive blockbusters (such as The Batman) without sacrificing nuance or emotional complexity. Nolan has always gravitated toward actors who can handle demanding, layered stories, and Pattinson fits that mold perfectly. With him already appearing in two of his films and the trajectory of his career currently growing immensely, to me he would be a great next casting choice for a psychological film if Nolan went down that route.

Kevin Feige on fans saying that Doctor Doom has no buildup compared to Thanos:
“The Thanos buildup has built up in people’s heads over the years. He sat on a chair at the end. He pulled a gauntlet out and said, ‘I’ll do it myself.’ And he yelled at Ronan on a video screen briefly, that was kind of it”
"I remember the memes making fun of Thanos for just sitting on a chair ... with 'Infinity War' we said, this is really the introduction of Thanos to people, that's how that movie was built, that's what were doing with Doctor Doom [with 'Doomsday']"
