I was attacked by my a man having a meth induced psychotic episode at a childrenโs park while being interviewed by @FoxNews The double standard is on full display ๐๐ผ @lniwa held another meeting with me this week and asked things like 1: How many needles do I pick up per month 2: Where do I take them 3: What gloves I wear 4: If I also pick up other garbage 5: Do I direct volunteers ๐ Be safe out there! Thank you @BretBaier for featuring this insanity. @GovBobFerguson perhaps itโs time to declare childrenโs parks a state of emergency and bring in the feds.
Yesterday, the WA State Supreme Court--working through a court commissioner--rejected the last effort to correct the deceitful and constitutionally-dubious "Public Investment Impact Disclosure" (PIID) that the State Attorney General slapped on the inititaive to REPEAL the unconstitutional Ferguson-Pedersen state income tax scheme.
(The complete text of the denial is attached below in seven screenshots. Four with this post, three in the comments.)
In doing this, the Court supports the weird and unprofessional ruling made by Thurston County trial-court judge Chris Lanese. Rather than acting as an independent jurist, Lanese tricked a non-lawyer into making procedural errors that killed the substanitve challenges to the PIID made by several organizations, including the WAGOP. (See the footnote on page 3 of the denial for details.)
Those substantive challenges were NEVER HEARD.
This bad but predictable denial of substantive arguments through trickery and exploitation of vulnerable people is typical of judges who are rubber stamps for whatever left-wing politicians send them.

I spoke with the owner of a restaurant who would have to pay the Washington unconstitutional income tax. His margins are razor thin and he employs 16 people. His plan when the tax hits is to simply raise menu prices so his margin stays the same. See how the โmillionaires taxโ will affect everyone?

AG Brown, itโs easy to post a polished graphic declaring yourself on the right side of history. Itโs harder to sit across the table from the girls whose concerns youโve dismissed.
You call protecting girlsโ sports โdiscrimination.โ Many Washington families, including mine, call it common sense. There is nothing discriminatory about standing up for girls, advocating for fairness, and asking leaders to listen to the athletes and families directly affected by these policies.
There is nothing dismaying about the courts reaching this decision. What I do find dismaying is that politicians such as yourself, Senator Jamie Pedersen, Governor Bob Ferguson, and Superintendent Chris Reykdal continue to oppose protections for female athletes. I also find it dismaying that three women serving on the Supreme Court ruled in a way that turned away from biological reality, truth, and the interests of female athletes.
If youโre so confident your position is right, then meet with the athletes, parents, and coaches who disagree with you. Listen to the girls who have been directly affected instead of speaking for them.
Iโm happy to have that conversation anytime.
Are you?
We all know AG Brown isnโt going to change his views or suddenly decide to protect me and other female athletes.
Now is the time to get to work.
Iโm calling on every Washington voter to pay attention to what the politicians in Olympia are trying to push. I believe itโs radical gender ideologyโnot biological realityโand itโs affecting girls across our state.
If you believe girls deserve fair competition, equal opportunities, and privacy in their own spaces, I urge you to vote YES this November.
I may be too young to vote, but Iโm not too young to fight.
I wonโt stop until girls and women are protected in their sports and private spaces.
And when we look back on this moment, I am confident that I will be the one on the right side of history.

Deputies say this unidentified assault suspect punched a man several times who was holding a sign that read "I (heart) ICE' at an anti-ICE demonstration in Burien, WA on June 10th. He then fled the scene. If you know who he is or have any information, please call: 206-296-3311.
NOW: I can confirm that Daryl Daugs, Chief of Staff for the Kitsap County Auditor is NOT at work today, and that his employer is aware of the events last night with him sending illicit pics of himself, and was later busted by Alex Rosen (@iFightForKids)
His wife is employed by the Bremerton School District.

Care about the WA state income tax?
Not only are signatures being gathered to challenge it, but five Supreme Court seats are up for election this year. The high court could decide if the tax fails - or if 93 years of WA tax precedence is shattered.
I put together a site to help you decide on which candidates matter to you in this historic fight.
Knowing is half the battle.

Subject: Opposition to Proposed Amendments to CrR 3.2 โ Order No. 25700-A-1676
I oppose the proposed amendments to CrR 3.2 under Order No. 25700-A-1676.
Requiring proof of intentional flight before a warrant can be issued removes the only accountability tool judges have. Defendants who miss court should face consequences โ not a free pass. This proposal does not reform the bail system. It guts it.
Washington residents deserve courts that show up for them. This rule shows up for defendants who don't.
