This piece like many of my other works are inspired by classical art works such as the kiss. The pose is inspired by screenshots from the production of cymbeline, winters tail and the cover of the book lord of the night realm by the artist Erion Makuo.

my embroidery project is finally finished!

pattern is done in multiple layers using diffrent techniques to make it both look and feel like real scar tissue.

Now, all I have to do is iron the bag to get rid of the imprint of the embroidery ring!

If you look closely you can see that he is guarding a sleeping white dove. The dove have many different meanings but it's often seen as a symbol for the soul, in this piece Astarion is desperately trying to protect the part of him thats still good
