How to communicate with people whose read receipts are off?? I am like did you read my text? Are you ignoring me? Are you just busy? Like what's going on???!!

أعوذ بالله من التدين السطحي، والظن بأني صالح، وأعوذ بالله من توهم الالتزام، والظن بأني غير مقصر

@Maria_ktwts Mujhe bhi

[Fakiha فکیہہ @Bint_e_ateeq]

@wild_shms I understand that. For that, you can read the messages from notification and then take all the time you want. No pressure either as the other person doesn't know whether you have read it or not.

@Rohi_Alii Are people replaceable too?

[Fakiha فکیہہ @Bint_e_ateeq]

@gracefishlove I want to write 10 pages on it

[Fakiha فکیہہ @Bint_e_ateeq]

@wild_shms You will still *receive* messages right? Turning off read receipts just let's you leave people on seen without them knowing about it. You can just not see the msg if you don't want to reply.

Elder siblings when younger siblings don't listen to their dadagiri:

I don’t like it when I’m not able to control my younger siblings’ lives. They act as if they’re their own people now everything goes downhill after they discover free will.

[Fakiha فکیہہ @Bint_e_ateeq]

@Nafeesa_az Haha. Bolo sabku yeh.

[Fakiha فکیہہ @Bint_e_ateeq]

@lilacshadesfsky Ohh makes sense. Notification se padhletun mai agar reply nai karna hai toh 😂

[Fakiha فکیہہ @Bint_e_ateeq]

@lilacshadesfsky 😂😂
It's so weird communicating with them. Why did you do it? Like i want to know what is the thought process behind it 🥲

There is this weird dynamic in the US where the natural human guilt of bombing people of a specific ethnicity is counteracted not by ending the act of bombing but by placing the same ethnicity diaspora in charge of the next bombs
