@zomatocare Do you have any ETA for this ? Because i have been charged 1k extra as a fine for this transaction by bank. Since this payment was done using rupay credit card upi & now its 62 days since the transaction. Bank has charged a fine for not paying cc bills.

I have been following from last 45 days for the refund. But i am receiving auto generated replies that amount will be refunded in 5 days.

My bank is asking refund ref id so that we can raise a charge back request.
It is so basic that while responding to a customer you also need to share the refund ref id & refund date.
