@TheHartford So I called to register a complaint with a supervisor on 6/23. An attempt to contact me was just a name, no number and they just tried to reach back out 17 days later. I told that person to never reach out again. I was called today about missing information

@TheHartford @SOA_Reaper4u I’m back to being absolutely beyond fed up with this. A person has a stroke and the stress of all this is insane. I tried to complain and the voice mail that was left was a persons name. I didn’t have a number to call back. Thank you for not caring one bit.
