@AvantiWestCoast my daughter's on train from Edinburgh to Bham Int. It's now showing that Birmingham leg is cancelled and train terminates at Stafford. Will she be able to transfer to another train to get to Bham Int?

@ScotRail Hi, 7.15 from GLQ, but I was asking about plans to increase bike space in general, not this particular train - all of your peak trains have more people wanting to use bikes than you provide spaces for... Bring back the end of carriage hooks that the old diesel 156s used to have!

@AerLingus 40 minutes waiting on your 'concierge' helpdesk line to change a booking, for the last 15 minutes it said I was less than 2 minutes away from the queue... Gave up!!
@AerLingus I have just been on the most appalling call with one of your representatives, trying to arrange what look like fraudulent money transfers in strange denominations using a 'remitly' app? I terminated the call as it didn't feel legit. Can you please arrange for someone to call me
@AerLingus So obviously someone saw my message to you and tried to scam me from an account made to look like aer Lingus support... Luckily I cancelled the call, but you put customers at risk of fraud by under Manning your own help lines, this is disgraceful
@ScotRail Hi Hayley, they don't have any useful information, which is why I asked the twitter account. Train crew no wiser either. Train in front is broken down and jammed, wondered if you could find out how they're getting on fixing / removing it. Been sat here over 30 mins...
