@JordyWittenberg@Softykjr 4 of the 5 conf wins are against teams with losing records. Illinois is the only team he’s beat as a starter in the B1G that won more games than they lost… and then there are losses like Wisconsin… 🤷♂️
@dickfain He tries hard I guess… but he cant execute the offense. He is now 5-9 as a starter vs B1G teams in his career and only 1 of those 5 teams had a winning record.
@ChrisBierman14@Softykjr Just not true… it wasnt that long ago that UW had the longest home winning streak in the Nation and it included multiple wins over ranked opponents.
@PlayWLS Its the 14th hole and a chance to force them to make a putt to avoid being 2 down with 4 to play… Nobody gives that putt that late in a match.
@dickfain Didnt help that Shaheed jumped and took out JSN before he could make a play on that ball…. But it should have been through the uprights when the pocket wasnt clean.
@matthewcooper0 He was a target of unfair expectations from fans not used to having a 5-star QB. Before taking a snap people were talking Heisman… he out up one of the best statistical seasons throwing the ball with very little talent around him… but people act like he failed.
@dickfain Parity and “chaos” will be more common because teams are being put together on a yearly basis… small schools are basically developing for the big schools, and its always looking for a bigger check… no pride in the school.
@tsnmike@dickfain I would say I agree in a sense… but I dont think that automatically creates parity… the NFL/NBA have way more instant impact from a Draft… its harder for a bad MLB team to get good quickly.
@tsnmike@dickfain NFL doesnt play a series of games, and they have a Salary Cap and floor so not really the comparison to make… one game playoffs create way more opportunity for upsets.
@tsnmike@dickfain Brewers have been in the playoffs constantly since 2018, Guardians constantly since 2016, Rays have been 6x since 2019 in a great division… its not an anomaly its well run organizations…
@JadedJack166094@Mcrusty7@Softykjr Compare the coaches he brought in across the board to what DeBoer did when he came to UW. He had built his staff through success as an OC but most important was winning at every level as a HC… Lake hired freaking John Donovan… 🤢
@JadedJack166094@Mcrusty7@Softykjr Jimmy Lake didnt work out as a Head Coach and had no experience as such… he was very successful as a DB coach and good as a DC…. It was worth a shot but his hiring was putrid and his ultimate downfall.
@soft1301992@Pish6969@GlobalWresOrder Aedon Sinclair has similar technique because they have learned from Ben, but they are not similar in how they wrestle from a pace standpoint… Sinclair does not attack at the same rate. He’s far closer to the attack rate you saw with Keegan than Mitchell.
