Both Wikipedia and Science have their limitations. Still, in the latest version, they provide a very useful best effort result.

But if you accept everything ever written in the version history of the Wikipedias, you have a major problem. Isn't that similar to science?

Finally, our #CAPcall has signatories across all of the EU. Four countries have >100 signatures: DE, SP, IT, NL (FR: almost there!). UK is sadly far down the list. <20: Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Romania, Denmark (!?), Slovenia. <10: Lithuania, Latvia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Malta.

Problem solved: the obligatory field in our #CAPcall asking to provide a DOI of at least one paper (as a proof you are scientists), now indeed requires only 1 DOI (& not 2) . I believe this helps PhD students and others who feel they are scientists but could not sign so far.
