Characters are mostly 1D archetypes until about the halfway point, and a lot of their depth is retconned in. Personally, I don't judge the early stuff too hard b/c it's basically a prototype

@KennyLauderdal3 Lame censoring is just a symptom of YT deciding to pay its uploaders, I fully support patreon & (effortful) YTers getting paid in general, but people getting hypnotized by adsense crumbs has really warped a lot of things
