And before this, I was doing scientific due diligence for biotech investing and before that I started a company in the immune and allergy space. Point is, careers post grad school aren't linear/straight. We don't all fit on the same line. Jobs are a series of dots you connect

Real job: Internal innovation/intrapreneur creating new digital health businesses within a large pharma
What transfers: Hypothesis driven thinking, failing repeatedly to get the one that works.

What doesn't: i have not been at the bench in a decade, literally all my synthetic skills (I can still run a column though!)

@BiotechElmo FDA has routinely a willingness to grant AA's on even speculative markers (at least the neuro division has; they kinda live for it, I see you NfL...).
So maybe that is the play. It is all about that AA and sales while a super long fracture study runs. Who cares about outcomes...
