@DrMakaryFDA @US_FDA Dr Makary, please take a look at Sellas Life Science REGAL trial. AML CR2 patients, 63 in each of two arms waiting for the 80th death for final readout. Last patient enrolled 2 YEARS ago, 60th death Dec 2024 and by Dec 26, 2025 only 72 were dead. IDMC needs to halt.

@ShitcoinMaxi_ How do you come up with 5 per month in the first year? Trial first enrolled patient was 2/2022. There is zero evidence from public documents that support that rate of death.

@adamfeuerstein Have you looked at the Sellas Life Science's REGAL trial for AML CR2 elderly patients? The trial is now 23 months since the last patient was enrolled, can't hit 80 deaths in a population that is lucky to live 1 year. IDMC hasn't reviewed since before last Aug 7th.

@BentheFidler @realJacobBell Ben, take a look at Sellas Life Sciences, finishing up their REGAL trial for older patients in AML CR2 status. 126 enrolled, waiting on the 80th death for FA, which is long past due. They will be bought as they have no commercial team.

@DrMakaryFDA Dr. Makary, I couldn't agree more. Please HALT the Sellas Life Science REGAL trial in AML CR2 patients and approve Galinpepimut-S immediately. As there is no approved maintenence therapy for AML, GPS is keeping patients alive into their 4th year.
