@kelatonin @BurgerboyguyVO From what I understand, the Tafts can only be used 3 times, and after 30 days the non-union are put on the spot to be a must-join. Isn't this restricting in the long term? And I know it can be wavered by negotiating, but it's not guaranteed. They are still risking their job.

@0xkeeny @Tectone Think of it this way. If enough time pass they could release a 5 star character that has Arlan level stats and scaling, but they give them an OP global passive that buffs everyone's crit rate by 20% for just having them on your account.

@TheBrianMcManus I wanted to give you the benefit of a doubt as well and I check out his video. And I don't see the problem, what else could he had done to make it transformative/fair use then? Are you saying your content can't ever be used without a license ever? Not even for fair use?
