As we conclude the pilot phase of the Bioverse NG project, we sincerely appreciate the German Missions in Nigeria and all partners for their continued support.
The #BioverseNG was a collaborative project with the @GERinNigeria.
Through their support, this project empowered young Nigerians with the knowledge to take meaningful steps towards a greener, more sustainable future where we all live in harmony.

Nature Conservation encompasses the protection of nature's resources such as water, air, soil and biodiversity, essential for balance.
Sadly man's activities like overexploitation of resources, deforestation, over hunting and climate change, negative impact nature.
Conservation efforts include establishing protected areas, restoring degraded regions, practicing sustainable resource management, and enforcing laws and regulations to prevent deforestation and degradation.

Mangroves are a unique biodiversity hotspot and a vital habitat characterized by salt-tolerant trees and shrubs that thrive in brackish water and help significantly in carbon sequestration. Unfortunately, mangrove forests are threatened by deforestation and pollution.

The Bioverse NG Regional Dialogue was a series of six physical dialogues held across the six geographical zones in Nigeria with the highest representation of Bioversers.
It served to convene key stakeholders in the climate and biodiversity sector in Nigeria,

The Bioverse NG pilot phase has finally docked!
With support from the Embassy of Germany in Abuja, we have engaged 958 youth directly on Biodiversity from policy to practice!

Throwback to the Bioverse NG North East Regional Dialogue, Borno🥳
The Regional Dialogue held at PHINA Catering Services in Maiduguri, brought together notable stakeholders, Bioversers, policymakers and youth representatives to address critical issues plaguing Northeast Nigeria
Participants left with a renewed commitment to biodiversity conservation and sustainability as the discussions centered on
