BIP! services & resources have now a new slogan:
"Amplifying valuable research".
The slogan reflects our main objective to make valuable research more visible, but also relates to our logo (the bullhorn).
๐ข v1.7 of our BIP! NDR dataset, containing ~3.3M citations made by ~183K #openAccess Computer Science conference & workshop articles without DOI, is now out: https://t.co/paeOx5e21f
๐ข Version 15 of BIP! DB is now available, featuring citation-based indicators calculated for >209mi research products: https://t.co/zUbSaC9qhj #opendata
The narrative CV platform mentioned is BIP! Scholar (https://t.co/zHRfB43HBT), which now supports multiple academic profile templates, including the popular Royal Society's Resume for Researchers. You can visit the service to create your own profile for free! #wcri2024
Looking forward for our poster presentations in the 8th World Conference on Research Integrity (#wcri2024) tomorrow:
๐ Poster 1: a vision on a metadata specification to facilitate comp. experiment reproducibility
๐ Poster 2: a platform to host narrative CVs for researchers
๐ข v1.6 of our BIP! NDR dataset, containing >3.2M citations made by ~180K #openAccess Computer Science conference & workshop articles without DOI, is now out: https://t.co/SKz5KNog3a

๐ขThe new version of BIP! DB (v.14) is now available (under CC0), featuring citation-based indicators calculated for ~191mi research products:

@isidroaguillo@OpenAIRE_eu@OpenAIREGraph Yes, we use the @OpenAIREGraph as input to create our citation network & calculate our indicators. We publish them in CC0 (https://t.co/az9lGRcnek) but we also give them back to @OpenAIRE_eu & they add them into the Graph (ending up here: https://t.co/pzpUmWsFpG).
@OpenAIRE_eu@isidroaguillo@OpenAIREGraph Correct! Something important to mention: our indicator calculation leverages @OpenAIREGraph's citation deduplication avoiding counting multiple times the citations from different versions of the same article (as it is suggested here https://t.co/2PoQy8uaH7).
๐ข v1.5 of our BIP! NDR dataset, containing >3.1M citations made by ~176K #openAccess Computer Science conference & workshop articles without DOI, is now out: https://t.co/ybu6bYW8LI ๐ค
๐ข News Alert! The new version of BIP! DB is now available, featuring citation-based indicators calculated for >187mi research products. As a bonus, it's the 1st version available under CC0, making the data more accessible for everyone to use. https://t.co/HYNsnYY8Ea #openData
๐ข v1.4 of our BIP! NDR dataset, containing >2.9M citations made by ~171K #openAccess Computer Science conference & workshop articles without DOI, is now out: https://t.co/wP4HqEPg9C ๐ค
๐ข BIP! DB v.12 is out!
โฌ๏ธ https://t.co/x4v9LEby3Y
It has been >3y after publishing our v0.1. From ~105mi records to 168.8mi a lot have changed. This version also includes scores for research products with PubMed IDs (for cases without a DOI).
