@etihad for booking reference 8WYZHY, I have cancelled the return leg of this booking ( Mumbai- Abudhabi- London, scheduled on 28/07/26) on the 20th of July/26 over phone to tour call centre, in advance of 72 hrs. I have not received any acknowledgement or refund till now.

Reading with caution- you travelled business class, flight tickets probably paid for by your employer. I will travel self paid economy, and most my experience will be different.
