So there we have it.
The election was an #Indyref. So there is no need for a S30 apparently.
The SNP got 32.8%. So 12 years after losing by 10% they have lost by even more.
The SNP is unfortunately beyond reform now. Even their internal "challengers" like @StephenFlynnSNP have said they are content with cash-bung @JohnSwinney's internal governance changes (whatever they were).
The reality is that not only is the current SNP an obstacle to independence, each day that passes only serves to highlight that it is an active liability to the Movement.
As it hovers on the brink of bankruptcy and as further significant disclosures come to light, they will implode under their own corruption, blinded by their own hubris.
In October 2024, the Free Speech Union came to the aid of Rick Prior, the elected Chair of the Metropolitan Police Federation, after he was suspended for saying that rank-and-file officers had become so fearful of complaints of racism — and potentially losing their jobs — that they no longer dared challenge allegations of racism, particularly when made by people of colour.
According to Prior, some officers were reluctant to intervene when they suspected a crime was being committed if the perpetrator was a black or brown person for fear of being accused of racism.
Fortunately, with our support, Rick Prior won his
Given the circumstance of Henry Nowak's death, it's clear that Rick Prior was right to raise these concerns.
The police have overcorrected in response to the perception that the force is institutionally racist, and that needs to be addressed.
People like Rick Prior — and other elected federation chairs — must be free to speak out about what they believe has gone wrong and propose common-sense solutions without risking suspension or dismissal.
The lack of free speech within policing on these issues has contributed to the current state of affairs in which officers appear to be more concerned about not following up accusations of racism than protecting people from violent criminals.

For years, the SNP wrapped itself in the Saltire and acted as if criticism of the party was criticism of Scotland.
Murrell's conviction has shattered that myth.
The SNP is not Scotland and it's finally being judged like any other political party.

A country can survive grubby politicians. It struggles when the institutions meant to police them behave like an accessory after the fact.
The Crown Office @COPFS has a major credibility problem, and no amount of legal theatre will make the public unsee what has happened here.
Thoroughly depressing.
French trans activists are among the most vicious and vindictive because they have hate speech laws on their side. The French state is utterly captured by men like this. They hate the very few women who dare to refuse to bow to transvesites' fantasies.
This man, who got Alexa Faucher fired as part of his personal vendetta against women, tells me I have something to do with the Manif pour tous, some march organised in the past by conservatives or something. It's their only way they can explain everything -- You're far riiiiiight derp derp everyone is HItlerR!
A parasitic wretch sucking on the superstate's funding tit since forever. Fuck you Sir. I'm not going anywhere. I'll still be calling you a misogynistic cunt on my deathbed.
