Officially on 4th year! I could never have imagined getting this far before. After 2 hospitalizations, a suicide attempt, a diagnosis of #bipolardisorder and so many things that life has put me through. So much pain and tears. Today I can say that they were worth it! #Medstudent
@TheBipolarEye Can totally relate to this. Before medication I was told was gifted with my writing ability. Really had a gift for expressing myself in the most beautiful words, but it all changed when I got medicated. 8 years later I am still wishing I can bring that back :(
@TheBipolarEye I a completely understand the way you feel right now. The holidays are close, and at least in my case. This months are sensitive for me and bring a lot of mixed emotions.
Now is time to change my username from bipolar med student to bipolar intern doctor. Damn is crazy how long this journey has been academically challenge, how many nights of study and tears. From achievements to fails. If u are struggling with a mental disease , you aren't alone.
Not everything was crystal clear, but at the end of the day. Our willingness to grow and prosper is stronger than a diagnosis. Dont let that define you.
Reminder: Everyone's process is different but keep pushing. I know u can make it! #resilience#mentalhealth#Medstudent
Sober✅
In love❤️
Few months about to start intern year.🩺
2017 me would have never imagined will be so far on the career. Wish I could tell that little girl recently diagnosed with #bipolardisorder that we will have a good life in the future.
Hi, I have a lot to tell, and so many thoughts going to my mind. I had forgot what living with #bipolardisorder is, stopped tracking my mood swings and my journal. I was stucked on 2020 but I am back. Now we are on July 2022. One to make the most of it, focus on #medschool n life
@BipolarBattle Its been awhile. I had a lot of ups and downs, was struggling to focus and come back to my career. But I choose to fight again for me and my future.
@BipolarActually That person* is the most healthy think you can do. Delete the contact, messaages, unfollow him. It will be painful, not going to lie. But in some weeks you will be feeling better. Trust me. You are brilliant, you are on such stressful career but are so strong to succeed on it.
