Sorry a little late to the discussion. It is good to express your frustration about the challenges of life like youth unemployment, cost of living (the hallmark and strength of youth) but the tone was definitely unnerving. The world is experiencing very challenging times and we are not spared. As a young person you aren’t responsible for “toning down” your frustration but indangagaciro zacu zidusaba gushishoza neza nokugira umutima wo gushaka ibisubizo. This country is built on that very concept.
With the social media trend yo gutwika what is a cry for help can be quickly co-opted negatively. We must always be the generation that finds solutions apana abantu batukana kuri social media. And us older folks must lead the way.
I hope all of us practice refusing to be rage baited all the time. That toxic energy that says nothing works in this country must be rejected every time even as we give rightful feedback. Let’s roll up our sleeves to solve these problems. The real activist says what I can do, not how many followers did I get today. Remember we have faced harder challenges in this country and overcome - that is the basis of our optimism and the driver of our hard work. Mugire amahoro!
Y’all, thank you for NOT being nonchalant with sipeed!!! The videos I’m seeing are crazy! & it was the most watched stream since he started his Africa tour!
