@mikeyyyy47 yes and no. i paid more than normal sapphires, but less than tiered gems. this was pre tradeup nerf. but with sapphires i found you can go for max blue, max purple, but it was difficult to find either with truly no green. so i just went no green period

UCL sprain/tear in elbow
AC sprain in shoulder

Initially, I also thought:

Proximal Humerus Fracture
Shoulder Dislocation (injury to labrum)

With coach saying he’s out several weeks, and not immediately saying it was season-ending, makes a fracture or shoulder dislocation significantly less likely.

Minimum 2 weeks, up to 4 weeks depending on specifics.

I had the pleasure of coaching at Michigan when Jake Butt was a great player. We were playing Florida State in the Orange Bowl, this was the beginning of great players opting out of bowl games to get ready for the draft. Jake would never opt out. He put it on the line like he always did. He got hurt on a catch and run to the goal line, the very same knee he hurt the season before. It cost him his draft status and ultimately a longer career. Never question Jake’s love for Michigan Football. EVER.
