The Secret Birder

Mostly bird noticing (or not) from (mostly) outside my kitchen window at the edge of the Peak District. Always looking up whilst pretending not to...

Another day, another burn on Strines (also another maybe Stanage way) with #Sheffield completely obscured. I have a friend whose young son has just spent 2 days in hospital with asthma, surely there are public health implications @SheffCouncil ? @MoorlandMonitor @burningmoors

Not exactly a birdfest for my #BigGardenBirdWatch2023 but a great way to start the #weekend. Blackcap and Heron low-level flyby were my highlights. Also spotted the Magpies busily nest-building. #birds
