@RobFlackEML How will scrapping the tax reduce the cost of groceries? Companies have no incentive to lower prices that the consumers are already paying. Grocers don't answer to the public, they answer to shareholders and their own wallets.

- It's baked in to the price of goods. How would you ensure that businesses lower prices instead of pocketing the difference?
- Many rents have heating included. How would you ensure landlords don't pocket the difference?
