#Supergirl is a “super-horrendous” comic book movie “with the worst script I can remember,” reads Variety’s review from @OwenGleiberman.
James Gunn said he wasn’t going into production on any movie until the script was rock-solid. For that was the overriding problem with the superhero overkill era: the films had lousy scripts, which served as grids for layering visual effects.
Gunn was right to want to take the comic-book genre back to the basics of well-structured screenwriting. So what has he done in his second DC outing? He’s given us a comic-book movie with the worst script I can remember.

Honestly, that's how animated comic book adaptations should be.
Not movies that loosely adapt comics and create a universe of animated films.
Independent films that faithfully adapt the comics are what's most needed in animation
Deborah Ann Woll says she's known they were making 'God of War: Laufey' for nearly a decade 🎮
Cory Barlog already had a poster made back then:
"It had] me and a cube. A cube that’s been there since the beginning. It’s deeply a part of the lore"

That’s my Coach. This actually gave me chills. I’ve never been more certain that his 2nd Natty is in Detroit next year. I love Tom Izzo. I would die for Tom Izzo 🐐
Santa Monica Studios gave Kratos one of the most genuinely moving character arcs I have ever seen in a video game. I can handle one game without him. As far as I’m concerned, they have won infinite goodwill.
'God of War: Laufey' director Ariel Lawrence responds to fan skepticism over a game focusing on Laufey 🎮
"I’m so thankful that we have people who care. And whether or not they care, they’re upset, or they think we should do something that’s different, I would rather they care"
"So we’re arms open, ready to show them Faye’s journey and have them fall in love with her like we have"
"I understand everybody’s reservations and hesitations and I know that it comes from a good place. They have been on that journey with Kratos as long as I have ... And it means something to them"
"We’re not leaving anybody behind. We’ve got plenty more Kratos coming"

I am honored to return to the God of War saga, as the composer of God of War Laufey.
I’ve been working on this for years with a stunningly talented team of developers, musicians, performers, and singers, and look forward to sharing more of all our work with you soon!
If you put these two game cinematic scenes together from ‘GOD OF WAR: RAGNAROK’ and ‘GOD OF WAR: LAUFEY’ you can see Kratos finds Faye in the afterlife since Thor momentarily kills him but after a few seconds, Thor brings Kratos back to life by using Mjölnir lightning.
