Behind Enemy Lines turned out to be one of Gene Hackman’s final films- he really didn’t act much after this movie. I think pairing Hackman with Owen Wilson feels a little weird in hindsight, but that doesn’t hold me back from revisiting John Moore’s movie. I think the story here helps drive the action.
