Feminine boys aren't girls, but trans girls are girls. Trans and cis girls can also be masculine or tomboyish, and they're still girls.

@trans_mum I came out at 17, at which point my puberty was basically already over. Lots of people were alarmed of the "irreversible changes" HRT would bring me without ever caring of the irreversible changes my first puberty brought me. Felt very alone.
