El servicio de atención al cliente se negó a reemplazarlo, alegando que la entrega “no causó” el daño, por lo que publicó el video y su historia en línea.

La cosa se puso fea. Entonces la empresa se presentó en su casa… no para disculparse, sino para acusarla de haberlo roto ella misma.
