@autumn_priest The three dioceses I have served often had folks who offered extemporaneous prayer. Yet to say, extemporaneous prayer is not necessarily any more faithful than liturgical prayer. Sometimes extemporaneous prayer is more about the one praying than the One to whom it is offered.
