There is a lot of talk about “Christian Nationalism.”

In my opinion, the term itself is a contradiction and an oxymoron.

Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior of my life. I do not need my neighbors to agree on religion but to agree on fair treatment and respect for all.

Telling the truth is the first qualification for true servant leaders.

Democracy is worth saving, I refuse to be goaded or bullied into fear or panic by leaders who have no vision of a country that celebrates the diversity of its own citizens. I'll vote with climate care, health care, care for our children, and access to affordable housing in mind.

I received a card signed by people who had prayed for me on May 26th.
