@estesexpress There was 1 small technical error on the BOL, which @FLOORCITY shipping mgr verified to rectify. Still your OS&D clerk wouldn’t allow me to pick up my order sitting right there on the dock floor!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve been waiting weeks!
