प्रयागराज में मंसूर अहमद को 8 दिन तक अवैध तरीके से न्यायिक हिरासत में रखा गया। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने पीड़ित को 2 लाख रुपए मुआवजा देने का निर्देश UP सरकार को दिया है। यह पैसा प्रयागराज में तैनात ACP वेदव्यास मिश्रा की सैलरी से कटेगा।

हाईकोर्ट ने कहा है कि केवल शांतिभंग करने पर व्यक्ति को पर्सनल बॉन्ड भरने का अवसर देना चाहिए। गैरजरूरी न्यायिक हिरासत (जेल भेजने) से बचना चाहिए। 24 घंटे से ज्यादा गैर जरूरी न्यायिक हिरासत होने पर रोजाना 25 हजार रुपए मुआवजा दिया जाए।

Dragged Out & Lynched: 24-YO Ali Khan Beaten to Death by Alleged Right-Wing Mob Over Train Seat Dispute

Ali Khan, a resident of Chhindwara, was travelling on vacation with his friends Jayant Verma, Shivam Malviya, and Yash by train.

Ali, who worked in Nagpur, got into a dispute with a man who forcefully tried to take his seat. He was boasting himself as a leader of R/W group while bullying him.

The timely intervention of his friends prevented the argument from turning into a physical scuffle.

When the train halted at the Bordehi Railway Station in Betul at midnight, a mob, chanting religious slogans allegedly dragged Ali out, and beat him to death.

His friends escaped to another bogie to avoid the attackers. They later reported the incident to the police.

GRP SHO, Pramod Patil said, we are registering the FIR, collecting CCTV footage, evidence & eyewitness statements to nab the accused.

Hello @PetaIndia, India has exported 11,581,070 kilograms of Sheep & Goat meat to the world in the year 2024-25. Mostly to United Arab EMTs, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
Also, India exported 1,254,775,310 kilograms (about 1.25 billion kg) of Cara Beef in the year 2024-2025. It is exported mostly to Vietnam, Egypt, Malaysia, Iraq and Saudi Arab. Majorly from Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerela.
