👑🥔 MAPTF V2 — THE NEXT STEP
After reviewing MAPTF’s existing token infrastructure and exploring ways to improve it in place, I’m moving forward with preparing MAPTF V2 as the preferred next step for the project.
The goal is to give the project we’re building a clearer, more maintainable foundation.
Our review identified launchpad linked administrative, minting and archive dependencies. A new ledger would allow us to deliberately configure those arrangements from the beginning, rather than continue relying on an unresolved handover.
WHAT WE’RE WORKING TOWARD
Clear, verifiable administrative control. Explicit token supply and minting rules. Properly configured transaction history infrastructure. A documented path toward longer-term governance safeguards.
These are objectives to implement and verify, for the greater good of the project and MAPTF holders.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR HOLDERS
Once implemented, the intended transition is 1 eligible V1 MAPTF → 1 V2 MAPTF, with transparent eligibility, fees and instructions. This is not a new fundraising sale or an opportunity to create an additional founder allocation.
Existing liquidity positions would require a separately coordinated transition. The aim is to preserve legitimate holder entitlements and minimize disruption the community will not need to buy into MAPTF again.

IMPORTANT: No migration is live. No migration deadline or eligibility cutoff has been announced. No wallet action is required now.
Before holders are asked to act, we will publish the official ledger details, tested migration process, liquidity plan and support arrangements. Never send tokens or approve a “MAPTF migration” link received through an unsolicited DM.

Trust me when I say, I really do wish that I could keep this a V1 coin, but given there's no way to solve the V1 issues, the V2 is literally the only option and there's no doubt in my mind that this will overall benefit MAPTF holders , myself included.
