@louisemullin Hi Kate, we do get this question a lot, so it's in our FAQs on our website. Our bison are 100% Canadian but we process at the only single-species facility in North America, in North Dakota. Because we process in the US, we have to put Product of USA on the package :)
Got a little craving? Then try our bison antojitos! These savoury bites are a staple of Mexican street food & are now on regular rotation in our kitchen too! Great for appetizers, snacks, parties...and picnic food! Head to our website for the full Grilled Bison Antojitos recipe🇨🇦

@jaycola@FoodProfessor Our bison meat tastes slightly richer and sweeter than beef, but never gamey :-) We recommend not grilling past medium for that reason. #eatbettereatbison
@Nixous@FoodProfessor Many folks struggle with how to cook a great steak. The Inside Round is one of our Marinating Steaks and if prepped and cooked properly is a tasty option. We have cooking tips and recipes on our website, to help our customers have the best experience. https://t.co/ZqUWjO5Cbl
@deepd0wnlow @FoodProfessor As independent producers & members of the Canadian Bison Association we support the bison industry as much as we can. That means telling the bison story on podcasts, in articles, at events, and on our website https://t.co/cDcERQk2h8
@MarkMiatello@FoodProfessor Hi Mark, the sale item in the photo is referencing a 226 gr bison inside round steak. Depending on the retailer, bison Striploin steak sells around 14.99-15.99 per 226 gr steak.
@bob4barrie @FoodProfessor Hi Bob, Bison is leaner than beef so needs less time on the grill. We recommend medium rare and not more than medium. Recipes & cooking tips on our website are there to help make your bison experience a good one!
@GailLynx55@rhjb67@Sean_khatibi@FoodProfessor Our 🇨🇦bison are raised by producers on our ranches in Canada. We process in the US so the packaging must say Product of USA. As part of our safe food promise, we process our product at the best facility possible, which is in North Dakota. See the FAQ on our website for more info.
As another year comes to a close, we’d like to send our appreciation and thanks to all of you - our customers, clients, producers & the Noble Team behind the scenes. From our family to yours, have a safe & healthy holiday season & may the joy of good food be shared by all.
