@manas_muduli Credit for this project should go to former CM @Naveen_Odisha. State-of-the-art infrastructure is useless without God like Dr. Bidyut Dash, Rheumatologist in place. Also without proper administration, these fancy towers will only end up with rusted medical equipment.
