Hello Everyone,

We want to thank you for your patience while we worked to get these issues resolved.

We have completed fixes for the two major underlying issues we have been dealing with recently:

The sporadic disconnects which were affecting some users, especially with higher ping or packet loss should be resolved after some upgrades made by our hardware provider, The recent server lockups over the last 24 hours. We identified the root cause and made a patch which fixes this issue and do not expect it to happen again.

If you are experiencing further connection issues, please reach out to BitCraft Support as we'd like to understand what issue might remain now that these have been dealt with.

We know that some of you have been dealing with disconnections over the past few months. Our team has been investigating this thoroughly and has deployed several patches to improve stability in certain areas. However, our ongoing investigation into the root cause points to our provider.

Update Delay - 24 hours
Hello everyone
Unfortunately we discovered an issue with today's update at the last minute on the staging server that didn't come up during testing. It was only revealed during our final checks prior to the rollout.We have made the tough call to delay the update by 24 hours to tomorrow.

This will give us the time needed to properly fix the issue without risking and disruptions on the live servers or extended downtime.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to delivering you an exciting update tomorrow!
