Yes, this is very true. During the Iraq war I was watching alternative media and knew that Iraq had no WMD and all the other nonsense.

However, at that time, everyone I knew all 100% supported the war. I remember arguing with them over the merits of the war.

This flipped completely and I could not believe years later everyone says they were not for the war. It is as crazy as it seems, especially since I was very actively arguing with almost everyone before the war started.

I've heard both sides to the argument and that is why I tend to limit how high my LDL gets because I don't know who is right.

My LDL does go way high when I eat more fats on a more carnivore diet.

What I do is not try and eat sticks of butter for fat calories and stuff like that.
