Top 10 horrible Bitcoin narratives that distracted everyone from the mission & slowly led to this messy identity crisis:
1. “Everything is good for Bitcoin”
2. “Never sell your bitcoin”
3. “Don’t use the Bitcoin blockchain unless you absolutely have to”
4. “Bitcoin is for enemies”
5. “There is no consensus” (usually meaning that one company is trying to gatekeep progress)
6. “Everything that isn’t Bitcoin is a shitcoin” (Satoshi himself contributed to BitDNS/Namecoin lol)
7. “Don’t spend, borrow fiat against your bitcoin. It’s the speculative attack, bro”
8. “Store of value”, “Digital Energy”, “Digital Manhattan Real Estate”, or whatever. Purposely normalizes not using bitcoin for payments.
9. “There is no second best crypto asset” or “Bitcoin only”. A masterful psyop which aims to deligitimize the open source breakthroughs that other projects make – most of which could directly benefit Bitcoin.
10. “Lightning scales, Liquid is decentralized, Fedimints, Cashu & custodial Lightning are good enough”. Satoshi mentions trusted third parties a dozen times in the whitepaper, explaining how his money system avoids them. But a decade later, everyone and their mother tried to become a banker.
If you’re thinking about switching to a Tesla because gas prices are high, don’t do it.
Let me save you.
First, you’ll still be driving a car built by a company run like a group chat with stock options. Every “upgrade” feels like a software update you didn’t ask for, and somehow the car has fewer normal buttons than a microwave from 1997.
Full Self-Driving? Cool name. Except you still have to supervise it like a toddler holding scissors. Nothing says “future of transportation” like paying thousands of dollars to beta test anxiety.
Then there’s the interior. Minimalist? Sure. But there’s a fine line between “clean design” and “where the hell did all the controls go?” Sometimes I don’t want to dig through a touchscreen menu just to open a glovebox or adjust something basic. Revolutionary stuff.
No physical key, because apparently your phone needs one more job. Great until your phone dies, glitches, updates, overheats, or decides today is the day it no longer believes in Bluetooth.
And the door handles. Why are we reinventing door handles? Humanity had this one figured out.
Charging sounds great until you’re on a road trip, staring at a charger like you’re waiting for a printer to connect to Wi-Fi. Gas stations may smell like fumes, but at least the pump doesn’t make you download an app, check availability, and pray the charger actually works.
The build quality? Let’s just say some Teslas look like they were assembled during an earthquake by people being chased. Panel gaps, rattles, weird noises — but hey, at least it has fart mode.
And yes, it has a massive screen, cameras everywhere, ambient lights, games, apps, AI, and a bunch of features that make it feel less like a car and more like a rolling tech demo nobody finished.
So before you buy a Tesla because gas prices are high, remember: saving money at the pump is cool, but so is owning a car that doesn’t feel like it was designed by Reddit, built by interns, and updated by chaos.
You’ve been warned. ⚡🚗❌

A direct blow to the heart of democracy worldwide! I have one message left! If democracy in Romania falls, the entire democratic world will fall! This is just the beginning. It’s that simple!
Europe is now a dictatorship, Romania is under tyranny!
🇺🇦📉 From 1991 to 2014, Crimea was a neglected region of Ukraine.
🇷🇺📈 Since reunifying with Russia in 2014, Crimea has experienced an economic and investment boom.
Let’s visually compare Crimea under Ukrainian and Russian rule 👇🧵
The Ukraine war in a nutshell, my humble view:
(Disclaimers: Admittedly I “did my own research”, and this post won’t offer moral opinions on which side was right or wrong)
- Putin’s initial objective was a fast, targeted military operation that would force a settlement to 1) secure the Crimea, 2) annex traditionally Russian regions, 3) obtain agreement that Ukraine would never be part of NATO, and 4) de-Nazify Ukraine (Azov battalion, etc). Hence the term “special military operation.”
- Russia initially invaded with a small force - less than 100K soldiers - to achieve the special military operation objectives.
- It nearly worked. Russia and Ukraine were on the verge of a settlement in 2022. As part of the negotiations to show good faith Putin pulled back from the areas near Kiev and Kharkiv.
- But then NATO - led by the U.S. - sent Boris Johnson into the negotiations to strong-arm Zelensky to keep fighting. The West assured Zelensky they’d be there through thick and thin with essentially unlimited military aid.
- This was all part of the Victoria Nuland strategy. The assumption was that a prolonged war + western sanctions would cripple the Russian economy and ultimately lead to the ouster of Putin.
- In early 2023 Ukraine had some success pushing back the small Russian force. This led to false optimism about long-term prospects.
- So Putin said “Ok, fine” (this was the literal quote from the translator in the Tucker Carlson interview).
- Russia mobilized additional troops. They shifted to a war economy. They worked to free themselves of any western dependencies.
- By the summer of 2023 Russia’s military in Ukraine was fully re-tooled and dug in. And thus the much heralded Ukrainian counteroffensive of 2023 was a spectacular failure.
- The war then settled into a war of attrition, that Ukraine cannot win. There is no significant weapons or tactics advantage on either side. Russia is out-producing all of NATO in arms and ammunition. Russia has a massive manpower advantage.
- Ukraine is now in a perilous position. Their air defense systems have been virtually destroyed. There critical military infrastructure has been targeted over and over. There is a huge manpower issue. $60B in additional U.S. aid won’t fix these issues - it will just prolong the slaughter.
- Russia is slowly pushing the long banana shaped front westward. They’re likely planning to take Kharkiv this summer, and will likely push Ukraine to the west of the Dnipro river this year.
- Throughout all this, the Russian economy is growing, they are increasingly free of western dependence, they are building relationships with other countries e.g. China, Putin is more popular than ever, and their military is stronger than it has been since the collapse of the Soviet Union. Great job, Victoria Nuland.
- That’s where we are. The war will now end when Russia decides it ends, on their terms.
- The only thing that fundamentally changes the trajectory of the war is if NATO engages directly with Russia. Will the West be that stupid? We’ll see.

Eighty-two years ago, Nazis murdered 34,000 Jews at Babyn Yar. Soviets buried this history, which today Putin's government manipulates to provide cover for Russia's abuses in Ukraine. The U.S. is committed to justice for Holocaust survivors and accountability for atrocities.
How USA is Collapsing in Real Time
While American bravado and propaganda are remarkable, the truth is that the US empire and the republic are imploding. Here is a long thread🧵on the profound systemic problems:
1. Crumbling Infrastructure & Decaying Towns
Bridges, dams, railways, highways, metro... much of it is decades old and crumbling.
And the decay has spread like cancer. Thousands of towns -- once flourishing, like Gary, Indiana -- across the US have turned into depressing ghost towns. No jobs, no people, no hospitals, no schools, and sometimes not even a grocery store -- this is the reality in many towns in middle America.
Below are two shocking videos:
The paradox of poor fiat slaves like this is that they've been conditioned to believe money can't work without government slave masters, so when they see non-governmental money functioning, they're incapable of even understanding that it works without slavery
It's really simple.
Elon is afraid of competition. He's a cowardly cuck.
He doesn't build things; he finds things that are already built and decides to market them.
And he suppresses competition and labor, while taking orders from the CCP, like a cuck.
