As disclosed in a recently filed 8-K by $GPUS, Ault & Company, the majority beneficial stockholder of Hyperscale Data, has acquired a first-priority mortgage position on the manufacturing facility in LaGrange, Georgia, where firearms under the Remington brand name are manufactured.

We have long-term strategic plans related to this asset and the broader opportunity surrounding it and our vision includes Hyperscale Data.   This transaction, together with Hyperscale Data’s involvement, was deliberate and the first step towards a larger contemplated transaction.  We expect to share important updates in the future when possible.  Not a solicitation to buy or sell securities.
